Mael zoekt: Een Kamer / Appartement in Amsterdam

Hi my name is Maël, I come from France and I found a position as a software engineer near Amsterdam. I will start in late February and I would like a roof ?

About me, I'm a 23 year old French guy, I lived in Lyon and near the Spanish border but always in France. I have just graduated from a working/studying program. I then decided to do something I ever wanted, go abroad to a Northern European country. The Netherlands finally found me with an amazing position with a positive impact (I would be glad to tell you more about it). Here in Lyon I invested myself in the associative life, maybe doing it also in the Netherlands when I'll feel well settled.

I would describe my personality as someone jovial and sociable, I'm always up for any good activities, such as doing some sport, playing board games, partying or just talking around a good beer or a good wine. Even if I think it is important to respect each other's personal life in a flat share, I would like to be able to share nice moments with my future roommates.
I like to talk about every topic or subject. I'm also a frank and honest person, therefore I like to discuss when there is a problem before it creates a conflict between people.

I think what I'll miss the most in the Netherlands is my parent's cat (Rustine) and to be able to go skiing just for a day or a week-end. But I'm sure I will love the life in Amsterdam and the people's mindset.
