Joa zoekt: Een Kamer / Appartement / Huurwoning / Studio in Amsterdam

Hello there, my name is Joa and I am a male-identifying Finnish guy looking for a room from Amsterdam. Currently I am working as a Professional Dancer and a Quality and Training Specialist in Barcelona, Spain. I've been living abroad for two years now and before the pandemic hit I was living in Finland. Right now I am searching for an available room from an apartment. I am used to living with flatmates and the amount of them does not really matter to me since the it has varied from one person to five people for me before.

As a person I am very outgoing and open. It is easy for me to adapt to any situation and bring my cheerful self in to it. In a housing situation I know how to take others into consideration and I am very clean. As mentioned, I have lived with people before and I have found it very fitting for me.

I am coming to Amsterdam to study a Bachelors degree in Media & Culture at University of Amsterdam. I am also very work orientated so I will work aside of my studies.

I've been renting rooms for over three years now and I have never had any troubles with paying my rent on time or contacting my landlord if I've been unsure about anything. I also have recommendations from my old landlords if needed. Since my campus is going to be in the centre, I'd love if the apartment would have good connections to bike or use the public transportation to transport. My preferred areas are the Centrum, around Vondelpark, Amsterdam-West, Amsterdam Oud-Zuid, Amsterdam-Oost and Noord.

I am coming to Amsterdam at the end of August and I would love to find a long-term rental, so preferably the contract would be for at least a year.
