Hello,
I have a keen interest in renting the apartment you are offering. My name is Eliska and I am 20 years old student from Czech Republic who will be attending the University of Amsterdam from September 2022. I believe I would be the perfect tenant because, even though I enjoy socialising, I like my home to be a peaceful place. I would be able to move in in the middle of August for a long-term stay.
I was living in dorm and also in a flat before. I would prefer on-line viewing.
I am willing to make the process as smooth as possible and would love to sign the contract as soon as possible..
