Caitlin zoekt: Een Appartement in Amsterdam

Hi! My name is Caitlin.

Here is a little bit about me:
1.) I am from the United States, specifically from New York City.
2.) I need a room for as long as possible as I will be finishing my Masters in August of 2024.
3.) I am currently 22.
6.) I've lived with roommates since I started university in 2019. At any given point, I've shared a flat with anywhere from 3 to 6 other people. I've had amazing experiences in all of these situations and I tend to be one of the roommates who focuses the most on keeping a clean, tidy space for everyone. I enjoy privacy but also am decently social.
7.) I am currently in the Netherlands staying with family friends until I am able to find an apartment. I am available for an in person viewing at your convenience.

More about me: I studied French and Linguistics at Fordham University and just graduated this May. I'll be studying at the University of Amsterdam and getting my Master's in Language and Society. In my free time, I really love to read and play video games, but during the university months, I tend to be super academically focused. I used to work for a bookstore and that has influenced a lot of what I read. I also really love to travel (which can be difficult to do in the US). I lived with a host family in Paris, France for 4 and a half months in 2022 and absolutely loved it. In this time, I traveled to Amsterdam and got to experience what a bit of the Netherlands was like. This is one of the major reasons I decided to pursue my Master's there.
