Marc zoekt: Een Kamer / Appartement / Studio / Woonboot in Amsterdam

Hello there! My name is Marc and I'm currently living and studying in Germany. From September, I'll be starting a master's program in theoretical physics at the UvA and VU. I got accepted yesterday (on the 11th of July), so I'm really hoping to find affordable and nice housing until September. I'd say I'm very friendly and open person. I try to get to know anyone I meet and I love connecting with people. Since I've stopped drinking alcohol, I've become a bit shy in terms of going on parties, so I'd say I'm pretty laid-back and quiet, but I'd be really happy to spend time with the people I'm living with and take part in different exciting activities! I'm really excited to make new friends in Amsterdam. I'm also planning on learning dutch and experiencing the local culture. My hobbies are playing guitar, which I'm doing since i was 6 years old, and also going to the gym, where my main focus is getting stronger. I also watch a lot of movies and enjoy going to the cinema as often as I can. I also enjoy going on walks to clear my mind or have conversations with people. When it comes to my Interests, I'm obviously incredibly fascinated by math and physics, but I can also find enjoyment in almost any kind of science. I love understanding how things work. I also really enjoy talking to people about their passions and am very open to trying different hobbies! I've been living in a student dorm with three other students for the last three years, where I've learned a lot about how to comfortably live together with different people. I'm not someone who's very strict about keeping everything perfectly clean, but I like to keep things organized in shared living spaces. I like to make plans about cleaning regularly and distributing the chores that occur when living together, so everyone is on the same page as to what has to be cleaned how regularly.
