I am a quiet, clean young woman, who enjoys meeting new people and values her privacy. I don´t smoke and have no pets. In my free time, I like to read, play video games, go on walks, and do sports.
I am looking for a studio, preferably non-shared at all. If shared, max 2 roommates and it would be nice if the room has its own kitchen, so only the bathroom is shared. I want a minimum size of 20m² for an independent studio, and 15m² for a room in a shared house. My budget is +- 850€, registration is possible, but not necessary.
I am from Germany, I speak German, English, and Dutch, I have no preference regarding languages spoken as long as we can communicate, no preference in roommate genders as long as the place is clean and reasonably quiet.
